Push notifications

Anyone know if caraudio.com supports push notifications for "new thread" alerts through Samsung Internet or another type of browser, if so how are they turned on?

I see where the notifications can be turned on when a thread is followed, but it didnt add this website to my browsers list of websites it allows notifications from

Push notifications are now enabled for most NON iOS devices starting today, controlled via their forum settings in preferences. Working on iOS 🤞
