The Media is fucked to begin with. They want you to believe a police office shot and killed an unarmed black man who was completely innocent and had never done anything wrong. Heres a Link that I found that somewhat describes what I believe, but i didn't see that it indicated the incidents previous (apparent armed robbery). The Media gushed over this "police are racist" and things like that, yet a few weeks back and actually innocent (apart) white boy on a "date" with a known drug dealer in SC sees cops and runs. Cops shoot and kill think kid. He was unarmed and wasn't even a part of the "sting opperation" the cops were running to catch the known drug dealer. I didn't see anything on this from the news, I got a gimps on google news, nothing national TMK.

Let me be clear. The media sensationalizes everything. No matter which side of the political spectrum you're on. MSNBC wants everyone to believe that all cops are racist and fox news wants you to believe that everything is hunky dory and it's just a few malcontents stirring up the masses and that racism doesn't exist. Lots of opportunists and bad parenting.

There is a problem. It's not one you see or must ppl on this forum see so it's easy to believe it's all a fabrication. But it's not. It's real. I know you don't get it and i don't expect you to. But we aren't just imagining things. Well some of us are but must of aren't

It's hard for me to explain it to you. It would be like trying to explain "purple" to a blind man.

We come from different worlds. I think at this point that that is a safe assumption. We each live in our own respective realities every day and we don't have much reason to wonder what another persons reality is like. The only connection between our worlds is the internet and the media. So what we in know about another is filtered through some one else "filter". We may pass each other at the mall or at the beach but we don't really intersect there.

So through your filter you see a bunch of opportunistic dummies taking advantage of the system.

Through my filter I see a bunch of over privileged cry babies who are too self absorbed to care.

I know my filter is wrong, do you even accept the possibility that yours is too? It's called " fatal attribution error", a cognitive bias we all fall victim to every day.
