PS3 Trouble!

Ok so i have a ps3, wireless router, and i have downloaded wmp11, and set it up so i can stream my music and pics to my ps3. Here is my problem, everytime i try to play a song or look at a pic on the ps3 it tells me network error. Anyone have a remedy for this?

went into my wmp11 and on media sharing i clicked allow. doesnt do shit.

when you turn the ps3 on it doesnt have a window that pops up and says "found unknown device"?

yes i do. it shows me the songs and everything just wont play them

i use tversity myself. its bogs down my computer but its only a 1.8ghz processor

I also use Tversity and it works without a hitch, I never could get WMP 11 to run properly.
