PS3 40GB Used

I have a PS3 40GB, comes with the original box, with the wireless sixaxis controller and a blueray disc of Spiderman 3. The unit is about a year old, I only use it to watch movies and so it gets used maybe once a week. I am selling because i want a Xbox 360, i am asking $275 shipped and the buyer gets to choose one of the three games thats pictured (Assassins Creed, World Series Of Poker 2008, or Need For Speed Pro Street). Also i Do have the power cords and the A/V cable.

Also, i know i do not have any sale history on here but i have bought from RidnClean a couple of times. But i have sold a couple items on ebay and i do buy from ebay so my username is williams4608. Thanks for looking
