PS2 Power Inverter Size

How big of an inverter do I need to purchase to power my PS2 in my car? I really have no idea what size and I don't know how big to go so as not to have any problems. And also, how would I go about hardwiring this in my car to operate then the switch is on? I don't want it pulling constantly because I have a Nine.1 pulling on my system already, and I didn't know if I could hardwire it through my amp somehow. Thanks so much. -Cory Baughn

There are ways to convertor the power supply of the PS2 to draw 12v instead of the 120v AC. Kinda hard to find tho, if u find it all u gotta do is hook up a switch to the power supply input. Otherwise if u use one of those ciggerate lighter adapters from DC to AC the playstation 2 draws about 77watts, so get anything over 80 watt convertor and ur fine

Thanks man. Any certain brands I should look for? I am very interested in this convertor that makes a PS2 run on 12 volts.
