What will cause my amp to flash the protection light when the bass hits certain lows. I am currently running a 1ohm load to a 1ohm stable massive N4 but it is overheating after a while gain has never been over half, I did the big 3 and it stop my voltage drop for a while but it is still pulling a lot. Im think I might have to bump up alt and ad a 2nd batter to my exisiting kinitic thats in place for my system. Any suggestions.

Check your ground(s) and "half way up" gain doesn't mean anything, If the gain is up higher then the rca input voltage it could be clipping and causing this as well...
