Just wanted to say something about my very positive experience dealing with Samsung.
I purchased a LCD just over 1-year ago. The TV carried a 1-year manu. warranty, luckily i purchased the 3-year warranty from where purchased it from. Well, i noticed a dead pixel the other day and decided to get it handled after work today.
Long story short, they had a tech to my house within 2 hours of me calling. Dude told me that Samsung will most-likely be replacing my TV with the current model because of where the dead pixel is located (pretty much dead center)..
Was just nice to be treated like a valued customer in this day and age. Cant say enough for their customer service and products.
