Yah, once this ******* shows up to the audio shop I hang around sometimes. He was in a FIT, red in the face. "My ****ing subs don't work that you assholes sold me, I'm gonna ****ing kill your mom etc." So they distracted him in the office. They sold him a box, subs and an amp, with wiring, cause he thought he was a hotshot and could install it himself.
Basically, it worked for awhile because he crammed the frayed cable into the + terminal sloppy enough to touch the REM input. It worked unil the loose amp slid around and bent just so so the cable no longer touched the REM.

Needless to say, we ran an REM wire, and sent him on home to his mommy. He was sooo embarassed. Then they told me to get the **** out of their shop.

I've done lots of dumb stuff, when i was a noob and started looking on ebay on subs i swore legacy and pyramid was the absolute best thing for the money //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif , and I remember when i had my friend do an install for me, he swore to me that he was certified, so when i brought my subs out the house he noticed they were DVC, and was like "man wtf are those!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif man you got some shit!!", at this point i should of have told him to stop and get the **** away from my car, but i told him what dvc meant, and he thought dvc was a term used for square subs like l7's, so anyways i let him finish the install and he didn't put a fuse on the power cord, I'm like don't i need this fuse? He's like man hell naw that's only if you running alllloooottt of power, I'm like alright. It was the most ghetto install ever, and i almost ended up blowing my car up, but i had a local audio store re-install everything for $100
