Prolems With Jl Comps

Does anyone currently run the jl audio tr650-csi comps. If so tell me whats my problem. I've had these about 4 month and replace the tweets 3 times allready and my right side has blown again. I'm currently running them off of the jl4300 amp and the gains is maybe a little over half and they keep going out. I had them install at tweeter/soundadvice and they tune it for me and i dont see why they keep blowing. And another thing is that i dont play them extremely loud. ^^ dats what im been thinking. i had a set of bostons that sounded way better imo, but the crossovers got stolen when they stole my radio, so i replace them with these and im not happy. i wanna get some rainbows/dont know what line that match with the amp i got, ANY OPINIONS!!!
