Boston SL60 vs CDT EF61cf

I've been looking at the CDTs for quite a while, and was planning on going with a matching 3-way set up with some EF-8s. However, my amp is only rated at 55w per channel at 4 ohms. The SLs are closer to matching the power cababilities of my amp, but I don't know which set will sound better. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

why use the EF-61CF with the EF-8? I would use the HD-4 or ES-4 instead, less power, less space and will give a smooth midrange for you.

I was looking into the Efs because I can then install them in my stock location. I don't want to spen the extra money on Kick panels.I guess I could cut a mounting plate to fit the 4" and cover it with vinyl or maybe some brushed aluminum or something.

Get the FG series. The fiberglass mids sound much smoother, detailed and accurate then the CF carbon fibers and both can be had for the same price.

my CDTs sounds better then my friends SL60s...

make sure you power the speakers with the correctly and they will sound awesome...underpowering is lame.
