~Project Stealth Avalanche~ 4 15's, 4krms, dash mod, *pics*

Box looks good in the truck! Is it really that big though, lol! Took up the whole bed by the looks of things.

I like my buddys blow through as he still has room in the back for quite a bit of stuff, but he don't have 4 alpine R's either that require a ton of room.

Can't wait to see more pics.

Yeah my two previous setups were quite smaller "blow thru" setups. I had 2 15's, and the box only went back about two feet. Then the two 18's took up a little over half. Then, this one just owns my bed.

today i'll hopefully be getting the beauty panel done, and depending on how long that takes, the batteries may be put in along with the alternator and all the wiring //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

started working on the beauty panel this evening, primer is on, and awaiting paint.

getting that piece inside is a real BITCH huhlooks like you had help at least
yeah tell me about it, there was many trips from the truck to the sander to the truck to the sander.....

its just about a perfect fit though. The edges wedge right in there. I need a screwdriver to pull the rubber seal around the edges of the beauty panel. So, with the help of the screws, its going to be just as waterproof as its going to get. There will be foam alongside the box, and the beauty panel edges will be siliconed though, just for safe measure.

mine is using the weather seal thats there to help seal off the cab

talk about a pain in the ass and going back and forth trying to squeeze it in against all the moldings

yeah i bet.

The only thing i dislike about the way i am doing it is the two snap-in spots for the midgate wont be covered up. I've been pondering making some little fiberglass pieces to snap in there, but we'll see what happens.

I would have routered off the edges on that beauty plate.....but gonna be sweet
i dont have a router //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif I was thinking the same thing, but i didnt wanna go drop the $$$ on a router for this single spot hah.
