i was wondering the same thing. 4 15's will move a considerable amount of air compared to the 12's, but you're running a ton more power than i from the sounds of it. The only bummer is i have NO IDEA where to find a meter around here.

for power id say ruff guess ill end up with about 1k more than you

More progress today! I got the last pieces of the INSIDE of the box painted up, and the subwoofers mounted and wired. I also took a mockup picture of what the box will be like (without the beauty panel and the LED's). Now i need to do some research on how to wire the LED's, because i know little about that. Im guessing all ineed to do is just make a string of them, positive to positive, negative to negative, then throw a toggle switch in the positive line. Either way, the LED's have to go in before the top of the box goes on and before the beauty panel is put on.

enough jibber jabber

This 10ga speaker wire was amazing. I've always just used power wire, but man did using speaker wire make things much quicker and easier.

not sure if hes got one but talk to terra he may have one or at least get you to where one is
i believe he's over in the seattle area. I'm sure it would be cake to find one over there, but my schools about 5 hours away from seattle. The closest city is spokane, which is an hour and a half north.

If anyone knows much about wiring LED's, im looking for wiring advice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

the LED's have pos/neg inputs and pos/neg outputs. The only thing i can think of going is just making a big loop (a long strip of the LED's, connected to a battery, sent around the box, then brought back to the battery) with a toggle switch inline somewhere. Anyone think i should do something else?

Toggle switch can go on the output positive, or on either of the inputs. Preferably positive.

As for wiring, wire them all parallel.

Output goes to the LEDS

input is its power source.

Positive and negative must match up to the LED's because LED's are diodes, and current can only go one way. If it was reversed it wouldn't cause any damage, but nor would it light up.
