Yup. Severely fuct up spine and sciatica. Worst pain of my life. I couldn't stand up for 12 days. Lost 24 lbs during that time too. Never been sicker...

It was awful. I spent christmas alone for the most part, in a cold house, in pain so bad that I begged for death. The roads were covered in like 3" of solid ice, so none of my friends could even come by and say hi. At least Mis walked up the road to check on me, but I didn't want her to see me looking so pitiful.

It was probably the most depressing day of my life.

what caused that ?

My back problems are from high school football. I have a destroyed knee because of football too. I guess the sciatica was caused by the fuct discs in my back pinching the nerve. Who knows?

I just want to get back into shape, man. I was a decent athlete at one point in my life and now I'm beat the fuck up to the point that I can't work out. I'm going to have the surgery for sciatica, and I might have a knee replacement while I'm at it. It'll hurt, A LOT, but once I recover I should be able to work out and get back into respectable condition...
