Looks good, on the braces how did you calculate the displacment of them? I am thinking of doing a brace just like that in my next box.....

yes i used sketchup.its a great program.

as for calculating displacemt of the ports i will use and example

fist take the pice of bracing and find out how much it displaces (HxWxD /1728)



12x12x.75/1728=.0625

next make the cutout in the bracing



6x6x.75/1728=.0156

then subtract the 2 numbers

.0625-.0156=.047cf

this piece of bracing displaces .047cf hope that helps a bit.
