Is this a pretty decent amp??? and how much do u recommend going over the rms?? And do i have to get a 4 gauge wire for this amp???

I can't say I would suggest the Baja-series Profile amps to anyone

That's a great amp, i have the ap1040 and now i get the ap2000, i love it, i have had some other brands like kicker and rockford and now i have to get some budget amp, and this is the best your money can buy, pretty close to reated power.

The California-series Profiles are considerably better units than the Baja-series amps. Ever used one of the Bajas?

Nothing wrong with Profile California lines... Not sure about the Baja. I have hifonics Brutus line ranked above profile's Baja.

i have a california 400 on my mids real good amp but the baja sucks
