which one would be better for 2 premier TS-W126DVC. this sub's rms power handling is 400.

A profile ap2000 480x2 wrms at 2ohms or a profile cl1200 450x2 at 2ohms

whichever 1 is cheaper. 30 watts per side will not make a bit of difference.

wont make a difference at all. seriously.

personally, i LOVE the way the AP amps look, and i HATE the clarius amps. but the cl amps are supposedly better. feh - i dun care. id rather take that AP2000 over the clarius just for the looks. them new ones look like ***.

the amps are slightly overrated so i would say no. besides there are plenty of speakers that when given a clean signal and power can handle more than just their rating.
