Ok, well I went to a Clarion DRZ9255... so I just don't need these anymore... but now I need Clarions proprietary optical cable that will set me back $110!!!
This is a nice little kit for those of you who just picked up an H701 and realize how much it cost you in little RCA cables and such. It includes the following:
1- 18ft(ish) Knuconceptz Fiber optic Toslink Cable - nicely coated with Black and Gold Techflex - barely used
1 - 1 meter- Monster Cable Subwoofer cable - I don't know the model or line its from, but its pretty decent. I provide this just in case you need one set of cables that is a bit longer to reach your subwoofer amp
8 - Approx. 1ft. Male RCA to RCA cables - These started life as Monster Cable THX "Y" splitters. Being the cheapskate that I am, I did a little surgery on these and added some decent gold plated RCA's to the open ends and they turned out pretty nice. I can add techflex Black and Gold to these too with heat shrink to heep it in place. There is one cable with the black and gold on it in the photos below.
I'm not really sure what is a good price for this, but decent optical cables are fairly expensive... and you won't find 4 pair of RCA anywhere cheap either if they are of decent quality... so how about $60.00 shipped. If you want the rest of the techflexed - add another $20 for the time etc.
