also if there was a 100 post minimum(decent posts, not crap to get to 100) to even see the classified section it would keep people from signing up just to sell something and possibly scam
the classies should be a privledge of devoted members not a dumping ground for fly bys

This is exactly what should happen. It gives people around here an oppertunity to judge the integrity of the individual based on their posts, and possibly pick them out and warn someone before it happens. It also makes them work harder towards posting in the classifieds and not start scamming as soon as they join or shortly after.

Most car performance forums do this.

So what if he pays thruy paypal, i deposit the money in my bank accoiunt, everything goes well then should i ship overseas? or is there still a possibility he could be scamming

As long as his address is paypal confirmed and you can confirm receipt through the shipping company, your good. If his address is not confirmed, or you cannot track the package, you can get scammed.

If his address is not confirmed and you send it and track it, he can still claim to have never received the package, and a chargeback is a possibility. Same is true if you don't have tracking or conformation info on the package.

It will say confirmed in big green letters. Or it will say unconfirmed, and uneligible for paypal seller protection.
