I've had my Clarion Max675VD for at least a year now and haven't had any sort of problem with it until yesterday. The unit will continue to play CDs, but none of the touchscreen functions or any of the buttons will work. The only buttons that work are the monitor power button and the CD eject button. Therfore I am not able to control the volume or switch sources. Anybody know what might be causing this problem?
Just return it for warranty. Clarion comes with a 2 year warranty if bought from a authorized noninternet dealer. I hope you did not buy it off the internet because the little you saved just got sh+t down your pants.
