problems with amp

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I bought a Lanzar Vibe 1200D from a member on SD. It arrived yesterday and as soon as I hooked it up, it powered on and all but there was no sound coming from the subs. I know that the amp worked for the seller so it must have been damaged while being shipped. I've read that it's very hard to get UPS to cover losses on damaged items so we've agreed that we're either going to try and get it repaired in my town, maybe send it to K&B audio or I just send it back to the seller and he refunds me the money.

Now my question is, does anyone know if this is an easy fix? Is it just a loose part? I dont see how it could have been damaged so much just in the mail. It powers up and the light stays green, I've tried the amp in my friend's car also and it didnt work in there either. There is no sound coming out of the amp at all..Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Take it to a local shop or send it to K&B and have them diagnose(sp?) the problem. With the limited info we have, there is no way to tell what the problem is.

uhhh..what's going on here? it looks like there are parts missing and the paste is still wet but there's no lead things for them on the actual board? Can anyone help?
