Well jr2320 had a razr here on this forum for sale. I bought it from him.
After the first week I ask him did he send it, he said he had a death in the family and would get it right out.
The second week I ask him, he said he got his g/f to but UPS sent it back for some reason and he would send it the next day (I believe is what he said)
Well I got it about 2.5-3 weeks later (tonight)
Opened the box and everything looked good until I got to the charger.
He sent a samsung charger with a Motorola phone. I then inspected the phone and the back piece that covers the battery, the little piece of plastic on the bottom that holds it in is broke.
Well I dug up my old razr charger and began to charge it, it is still on charge. When I try turning the phone on the buttons will flash a light at me and that is it. The phone does not work.
I mentioned the charger and back piece not working and he said well UPS must have messed it up, I should have looked it over when they gave it back to me.
I send him another letting him know it would not power up and he said "the phone works perfectly find." That is quoted from the PM.
I then sent him this PM "Still not working, I will take a video in just a minute and send it to you. I do not want to have problems I just want what I paid for. I did not pay to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get it, I did not pay for a broken piece on the back. I did not pay for the wrong charger. I also did not pay for a broken phone.
I dont want to have any problems, but I am not accepting this for what I paid for."
He has not replied.
I am not saying anything bad about the seller as of right now I just want it resolved and he has not sent me a PM back.
Maybe he will talk on here and maybe we can get other opinions and a resolution. I have filed a claim with paypal also.
