problems installing PAC Tr7 with Alpine IVE W530

Hi all, I did a search, sorry If this is a Honda. I have a 2008 Standard transmission Tacoma. I installed an Alpine IVE 530 and I am wanting to install the PAC Tr7 bypass to be able to control the unit settings and video, etc. I'm pretty sure I installed the Pac correctly, but I only see the audio setup menu. I know I'm getting power to the Pac. I also called their tech help, but I got nothing but sarcasm for my questions. Any help would be awesome.
