Priority mail ='s teh shitz?

The past three times I order something of the ebay the seller shipped it out priority mail and sent me the confirmation number. I ordered something that came from cali and it took 10 business days to get here, while priority mail is supposed to be 2-3 days isn't it?

It was shipped priority mail and it was shipped on the date the seller said. last tuesday I ordered a radar detector off ebay, and it was shipped out the next day, and a week and a day later I still have not received it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

I got stuff from Hong Kong quicker than this!

USPS is horrible. For me unless its a letter, it goes ups/fedex now.

USPS sucks, first you cant track anything casue they never update their tracking site. Then the times promised are days off track. I remember when you could usa USPS to get things there quick, now the other carriers do the job faster.

usps priority always gets from North Carolina to California in 3 days for me. The delivery confirmation doesn't update like a tracking number at ups or fedex because it is not a tracking number in the same sense. The delivery confirmation is just that, it confirms delivery, but does not give you detailed info along the way. I personally prefer usps priority for all my shipments becaus eit is low priced and has always been to anywhere in the lower 48 in 3 days.

I always use USPS for headunits/something small, and it doesn't take too long for the customer to receive their goods. They actually take care of the packages a lot better than most carriers.

yeah i never had any problems with USPS until lately. The radar detector I ordered isn't even coming from cali, its coming from chicago, so I figured it would have been here by monday at the latest, but its thurs and I still have not detector

i like fedex, but not many people use it on ebay. Fedex's tracking pwns. UPS tracking is getting better tho

I kid you not, I was just as the post office yesterday and I noticed a sign that had all the shipping options. Priority mail was on it listed as 2-3 Days and in small print right underneath it, it said, "Not guaranteed, often takes longer"

USPS Priority has always been fine for me.

As mentioned above, delivery confirmation is NOT tracking. AFAIK the only option that allows true 'tracking' with USPS is Express (overnight).

In every single case where I have ever checked pricing, UPS has been higher than both FedEx AND USPS.

Maybe it's just the postal workers in my area.....but they've always been very upfront about that the fact that priority is supposed to take approximately 2-3 days but that they can not guaranty that time frame.

Really I've never had an issue with it taking much longer than that. I think the longest it's taken is 4 days for me.
