Prices on the new Kicker CVX 12

I was wondering if anyone knew how much the new Kicker CVX 12 would cost, I see sounddomain has the 10's for $299! I was interested in buying 4 CVX12's, but if there that much I think i'd have to change my mind, also, anyone now when they become avaiable?

check e-bay I saw 10's and 15's on there no 12's but you can get a picture on what the price will be.
