PRICE DROP FS: 1988 Honda CRX $1300 firm

1. Product:

Honda CRX ( Located in Central NJ)

2. Specs:

D15 motor, 90 hp. In good shape, only 80 k on motor, I think ~260k on chassis.

3. Description/Condition:

Bosal exhaust, 5000k HID kit, some other custom stuff, Has alarm and remote start (no safety lockout) has a set of racing seats.

Everything works for the most part except A/C, and rear defroster is iffy. Clutch makse a whirring noise (throw out bearing) but it runs and drives perfectly. Could prob use a couple new tires. It needs nothing as is though, can drive and drive, I have absolutely no problems with it as far as reliability goes.

No system at all

4. Price: :

$1300

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif all crx's do that 2krpm idle to begin with... its in the ecu so it didn't start rough
I know, most cars do. But this one fluctuates sometimes, I couldn't capture that on the vid, unfortunately. Since it wasn't doing it at the time.

i've replaced two clutches in my two previous crx's, silly little things lol...
good luck, wish i could grab this but it may be a bit longer until the fundage agrees.
That sucks, well someone will prob grab this toy soon //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

mine will occasionally do that up and down fluctuation in the idle...I'm not sure what causes it...I've changed a lot of sensors oput

Whould I be able to take a look at this in person? I'll be driving up to NYC probably this week.
Sure, you have to come to me though.

I may have to take a grey hound up there and drive it back.....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
That would be a good idea.

I think its the sensor on the intake, can't remember the name.

it may be a vacuum problem. you should pm me what city your in so i can see how much it would cost to get out there, i am kind of interested. i cant tell does it have any rust behind the rear wheel wells or inside the door jam?
