Price depreciation of speakers and subs?

I was wondering how long does it usually take for speakers and subs prices to drop? I've been looking in the classfied section and see some pretty good deals and wondering if it would be a good idea to purchase them now or wait until I will acutally use them (in about 6 months). How much would prices usually differ within 6 months?

prices might not differ but equiptment will in 6 months all the stuff there will be either gone or replaced by something a little newer

In 6 months I believe that prices do differ because like btlking said, something new is always out.
