what do you want? 10's 12's 15's etc? sq, spl. or sql? do you want a high powered system? how much room do you have? how many subs do you want? do you ported or sealed? also have to consider electrical upgrades depending on the size of the amp and you will probably also want to upgrade your front stage.

When my brother in law decided to go with MTX I thought he was joking //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif , but I have to admit it did sound good after I had it all hooked up. Like I said if I HAD TO choose any of those three stated in would be MTX, simplly because I have had a bad experience with Audiobahn //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif . I guess everyone has their choice of products.

mtx is all right but it is nowhere near taking over the car audio scene. like i said earlier, check out these smaller internet companies.

Speaking of MTX... I was flipping through channels on the TV the other day, and I saw a rap video on MTV. The guy had his trunk open on his car, so I watched the video to see what kinda setup he had. MTX's. I think people that don't know anything about car audio and have a lot of dough go with the big mainstream brands.

what year grand prix? if it was like mine good luck fitting 15's in it. go with some soundsplinter rl-p's and a 1500-2000 watt rms amp. you'll be happy.

Two Incriminator Audio LI12's in a 35hz box, 4 cubes net if you can fit it, and then all you need to do is get a 1200 watt @ 1 ohm amp and you're set, short of wiring that is. That would pound like a motha.... ya hurd?

You sound like the person who should go into your local custom Car audio place and ask them to hear some of the stuff they sell.

Tell them your budget

Pick somthing out that YOU think sounds good not what they think or people on the forum sounds good

You should be able to do all that for free, you can then buy off the web or somewhere else and build your own box or if you cant do that have them do it.

By the way, try looking for a car audio place besides Circuit city or best buy but if it comes down to it go into those place's

no my friend has a jensen about 500 watts and i just wondered what its worth he said he will sell it to me for 50$ wonderin if its worth that. And no i saved up about 2000 for my system just wondered what i should get.
