Prescription prices FTL, or my shitty health insurance!!!!

Well, been sick with a bacterial flu since sunday and today is my first day back at work. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif Havent been sick since I was 17 or 18 like this. Rarely do I call off work, but man, does this shit suckkkkkkkkk! Been bed ridden since Monday after my midnight shift. Aches, pains, stuffy nose that fawking bleeds! Then when I lay down I cant get a wink of sleep due to my nose getting all plugged and no matter how many times I blow my nose, it just makes it worse! Then I have this pressure right above my nasal cavaity that is giving me these huge headaches! I guess it had to happen sooner than later being I have a fiance that has 2 childeren ages 10 and 9. So they were kinda sick, but nothing like me. Figures, I have to get the shit *** end of it. Lost over 300 bucks being out of work for 2 days!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Then, being sick is not enough, oh know nor losing 300 bucks, but then I go to imediate care being I cant find a local doctor to switch to being all local doctors offices in my area are close on tuesdays! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif So I end up having to go there and they can give two shits about you. Think I was there waiting 20 mins and then checked over about 5 mins. Take my weight, swob throat, check blood pressure, put little point thing on finger and ask me like 5 year old questions. Then doc comes in, breath in twice, checks my ears, says you have a bacterial infection and sends me on my way. Get a prescription and go to fill it thinking oh maybe 20 bucks tops. NOPPPPPPPPPPE! 115 FAWKING DOLLARS! Kinda my fault I guess as I forgot to ask for generics, but shit! I didnt think it would cost that much! So now I am out 300 bucks for work, 115 dollars for prescriptions and I feel like shit! I blame the shitty health care system for this shit. That or my shitty health coverage. Im right along with you. Been sick as hell for the last week still going to school 12 hours a day doin labor in the shop not just sitting in a class room. Finally I had enough and went to dr/stayed home yesterday, but to top that off we lose about ~2% off our total grade for being gone a full day plus other bs to go along with it. On the bright side though I was expecing my medicine to be ~$20 as well, turns out it was 98 cents.
