Prefab boxes?

My buddy has one for his 2 15s and it started rattling really bad. Come to find out it was coming apart and they didn't even screw it together it was only held together by glue. I screwed it all together as a temp fix and im going to build him one myself. As said earlier its even cheaper to build your own.

i just built a screwless box, just sucks to have to wait for the glue to dry, i think adding a few screws wouldn't hurt.

i've yet to find a pre-fab that is actually sealed.

a good prefab is just as good or better than making it yourself, but the cost may make you wince.

If you use brads while the glue dries you can continue with the assembly and they aren't noticeable if properly countersunk. I usually use 100psi or so.

i dont have a nail gun, but i think i will look into one of those.
