precision power art series question

I have a precision power A404 amplifier. I lost the manual and have no idea what the proper setup is. I just want to be sure I am properly brdiging the amplifier because I am only using 2 channels of it.

Does the 2/4 button need to be pushed in or left out?

Do the wires get connected to the front channels or the rears?
