Precision P1000.1 same board as NVX ?

I noticed these amps look almost identical and was wondering if anyone knows if the P1000.1 is the same board as the NVX JAD 1200.1? Anyone have a pic of the JAD 1200.1 internals to share maybe? I can post a pic of the P1000.1 internals...

That's a terrible photo on top, but it does appear to be the same circuit board in each amplifier.

wtf? no bass boost? Then how will you get free power?

There are tons of good reviews for both amplifiers although alot of the reviews for both state that they have that same bass volume controller issue too (bass volume controller gets too loud too fast or does not function properly), however that is only if you hook it up to the bass volume control.

With my P1000.1 I experienced the same thing - the bass controller would get to full volume by just barely touching it. It can be annoying if you really need to use it.

I wonder if putting a resistor (or something like that) in line with the control knob, would make it less sensitive.

The nvx is a beast. Does like 1800 or something like that at 14v flat
