Preamp outs

I'm installing a new HU (Alpine 9885) and an amp (JL A4000) and I have questions...

The HU has a Internal Amp that I can turn off (Alpihne states "to improve SQ", does this affect the preamp out voltage if it is off? Alpine "states" that the preouts are 4.4 V, if the internal amp is off, does this number drop also?

I'm looking for SQ.......

I''m driving Polk 6.5 MoMo's in the front, Polk 5.25 MoMo's in the rear, and a self powered sub (Blaunpunkt THB 210A)

if you are running all speakers off of amps, turn this off, as it gives more power to the pre-outs. you're not gonna be using the internal amp of your HU

If it has the Blackout feature as well even better that way you save power because the display shuts down until a function is used, it becomes visible a moment and fades out. Always run my 7998 like that.

The more energy the deck has to dedicate to the preouts is always beneficial.
