Amp got hot at .5 it did not go into protect but it got pretty hot I'm makeing some 3/4" mdf stand offs and adding a couple of 120 mm pc fans to get some air moving under it..it is almost 90 degrees here in texas so that might be a factor.. I might have to break out my water cooling system ?!? I might be a lil over cautious but it was much hotter than the bk 1800's ever got at 1 ohm. Voltage so far is not dropping below 12.3 so far.
