power class are better than the power class "x". the X's were when DEI bought them and were selling the last of the boards with lower-quality internals they had to plop together before they redid everything and made it crappy.
if you can get the PC class amps, they are good stuff. PCx isnt bad, as its roughly the same amp, just some of the internals are different brand\quality level.

The PCX4125 is an underrated beast though. I have a close friend who has had his benched at close to 200w per channel @ 14 volts. I'm pretty sure you can expect the same level of performance from the PC4800 -- my choice of the two.
