PPI DCX1000.4 vs Zapco ref 1000.4

I actually think I'm gonna spring on the memphis belle in the forums now... it came down to 435 shipped... plus I won't have to buy a sub amp down the raod if I go active...

I have never had any experience with Zapco but I am currently using a DCX 1000.4. I am very happy with it. It is very clean and has tons of features. I am also using a DCX 1500.1 which does very well and stays cool. Keep in mind both of these amplifiers have quite large footprints so they do take up some room.

that's why I got the Belle, I can go active whenever I want w/o getting a new amp... plus I only need one for sub+comps wether I'm active or passive... it seems like the perfect solution unless I had 10x more money to burn...

the DCX is 235 bucks brand new from ikesound, 225 for a refurb.
