or can someone explain what qbass 1 and qbass 2 buttons do? under the ATT and Phase buttons. Not the Qbass bass boost.

Depending on the positions of those two buttons is where your center frequency will be set. I don't have the manual handy right now. Email PPI and they will tell you the different settings.
