ppi bk 800.4 vs power acoustik 2000.4

Short and simple the power acoustik 2000.4 is alot louder and alot more crisp being full range class d the ppi still has that same old midrange heavy class a/b sound of the cheaper a/b . The power acoustik is 30 dollars less and from what I've heard id recommend it over the bk 800.4 for sound but the 800.4 for more reliability

Can you say exactly which model of Power Acoustik amplifier you tested? What prices are your comparing? BK800.4 is already about the cheapest 4-channel AB amplifier I consider good enough to recommend, plus it is discontinued.

2 30 amp fuses. Crossovers are a joke. Id take my 800.4 any day..

Ive used both the power acoustik uses that new hybrid tech like the American bass and the ppi ion series i tested the rz2000.4 sent it back cause i heard so many good things about the bk 800.4 but tbh the power acoustik sounds alot better and is Korean made

It's some cheap parts in the pa the only thing it's good for is sound, alota high end content that's just not there with the bk.

Dunno, man, you're the first person I've seen who's made such a claim about any of the Black Ice full range amplifiers. Everyone loves them. I've had AB and full range Class D amps of various brands in my car, in customer vehicles, and on my test bench and not one of them has a problem reproducing music up through the top of my hearing range. As for "the only thing it's good for is sound", I have no idea what that's supposed to mean. If those cheaper parts won't last, and I'm not saying that amp will fail, then what good is the sound?
