powerwedge jl 2-12w0 and sony 760 watt amp?

I have a sony xplod 760 watt amp. I know it sucks but i was strapped for cash and it was really cheap so i bought it anyways. I also am going to buy a jl powerwedge enclosure with 2 12wo's in it off of ebay for $150. First, is this a decent price for the subs and the box? its used but only a little over 6 months old. I know these subs aren't made to handle a lot of power but i don't have a lot of power they need to handle. So would the sony explod amp even though its pretty much crap, push these to get a decent amount of bass for my '92 honda accord. I don't need anything overwhelming i just want some good, deep bass that can get pretty loud but doesn't blow anyone away like higher end systems do. I have already replaced all my factory speakers with kenwood excelons so the highs are all there i just want some bass to go along with the rest.

the W0 is a decent sub for the guy who wants a little more than factory but not something that is going to make him take a second mortgage on his house. i would say that 150 for the loaded powerwedge is a good price, i hve never seen a new powerwedge with two tens or twelves for less than 350. i did an install on my friends car using that same box and subs with a JL 250/1 amp, it sounded decent by the time we were done with it. if you match up the W0's with a decent amp and a good install, they actually can sound pretty good.
