powerbase burnt voice coil

well i bought a set of chrome series powerbase 12's almost 2 years ago and i now just burnt one of the voice coils on one of my subs. i recently started hearing this buzzing noise when the bass would hit at low volumes, but when i turn it up its gone. i was just wondering if anyone knew what i can do about this before having to buy another one.

well i e-mailed them eralier today bout getting it reconed. now im just waiting for them to reply back. hopefully it wont take much to do it.
