no,

i mean on the amp you have an screw on the power and ground wire that you have to tighten to make the wire stay in. what do need to put on the 4gauge wire before i screw down the bolt

...Insert the wire into the terminal and tighten the screw.

i dont think kicker has screw terminals anymore,i think u just slide the cable in and tighten it up with a allen wrench

so you can just strip off about 1/2 inch of the wire and stick the ***** wire in and tighten the allen head bolt???

looking at the amp now thats looks right.
