Power question for Polk Audio PA1100.5 5-channel amp

I plan to purchase a Polk Audio PA1100.5 amp and it states that it could the following:

* 80 watts RMS x 4 + 280 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms

* 125 watts RMS x 4 + 400 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms

* 250 watts RMS x 2 bridged at 4 ohms + 600 watts RMS x 1 at 1 ohm

Now would it be possible for me to run the amp at 80wx4 @ 4 ohm in addition to 600w x 1 @ 1ohm?

The reason I ask is because my components only have an RMS of 80w. Or would I be okay running them at 250w as long as the gains were kept low?
