power my HC 12"s......poll

Considering two choices right now, for a pair of RE HC 12"s.

A.) US amps merlin md2, 1950 to the pair at .5 ohm

B.) IA 20.1 at .5 ohm (rated at 1800 at 1 ohm)

Merlin would be roughly $150 less than the 20.1, and I could get a matching amp for my front stage.

So, vote.

Yeah, no doubt.

Seems like those are the best sort of choice to have to make, where either one will work well.

Also seems like its the hardest sort of choice to make, though.

Most people wont run .16ohms to a amp.............I wonder at .5 how close they are
