Power Locks w/ Alarm Question

Someone will charge me $100 to install my Viper 791XV and $25 for each door for the power locks, im sure i can do the power locks myself, but im not going to get into the alarm bcuz thats kinda hard and the alarm is as good as the installation. My question was, can i do the power locks myself and save $100 and have him do the alarm, i mean wont he have to wire the alarm to the module for the power locks to make the power locks open with the keyless entry, i dont know if my question makes sense but im sure the smart people on here know what i mean.
