I have a 2004 Accord Coupe

This all happened yesterday....all at once.

When I try to lock and unlock from the door panel both my driver side and passenger side locks do not work (on the remote and from inside the door panel).

I hear a faint "click" from fuse area (inside the car) but nothing happens.

Also, my trunk release button from my remote isnt working (but my remote battery is fine)

UPDATE: I changes my 20A fuse for the power locks (#8)

Now my passenger side lock works only as well as my trunk open button on the remote.

My driver side door lock is still not working (from remote and door panel).

If its the driver side actuator how come my passenger side locks also failed to work?

Please help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

So everything works now but the driver's side door lock. Im betting that your actuator is going or went took out the fuse #8 you said was blown. Saying that fuse powers all locks nothin worked. What kindof make model engine do you have. I will look up what #8 fuse is and does. But Just replace either the switch has went or its the actuator. Get me that info i will try to help.

Thanks for your reply

Yeah, I was thinking it was the actuator that did something to the fuse

Fuse #8 is a 20a fuse under my driver side. Its numbered #8 on that row.

I dont think its related..but my driver side door wont open from the inside, I have to open it from the outside

It was working find until tonight

When it rains it pours //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Well that fuse goes into the MICU module. so does fuse #7 and Fuse #21

If you can get to the switch take the door panel off whatever. Test two wires that are going into the switch. Its pink/black is the lock, Pink/blue is the unlock. Back prode those two wires each at a time not both and work the lock/unlock switch and see if you are getting power to the switch. If not let me know if you are. Its either the switch or the actuator for it. I have seen some door control units bad.
