Power light comes on amp but no sound from subs??HELP

I used botha used amp and a new amp and the power light lights up,but I have no power to mt subs.I check'd my power wire my ground and my RCA's and they all have juice.

COULD SOMEONE HELP ME????

^ Spaces are your friend, use them! If i understand you correctly, you are trying to hook two amps together (1 new, 1 used?) Tells us more about the amps, and how you have them wired...it could be a non-working channel.

No,only one at a time.The first amp was A planet audio,I thought it blew out so I bought a new amp(soundstorm 320.2)and had the same problem as described in my post.The power light on the amp lights up but my subs have no sound.I have spark coming from both my power wire and my ground and my RCA's have juice.

Sorry if im being a pain and all but i really need some advice on whats going on here.Ive been sticking around here so I find out exactly whats wrong.If the preamps are bad in the stereo im going to buy a new stereo right away....
