See if a different HU works in the car. This can narrow it down to the problem or slim down by the options by one. Either way, it's worth testing. This happened in my friends Accord and we had to run a new power and ground with a switch for the ignition.

If you have a test light and/or a voltmeter, you can start tracing wires and eliminate problems before you start replacing head units.
