Power Hour is pretty boring. My lightweight didn't even last half-way plus it makes you feel bloated as crap.

Power Hour is when you do a shot of beer once a minute, corresponding to the start of a new song every minute. 60 songs, 60 shots, about 5-8 beers depending on the pouring of shots and shot glasses used.
