power handling question

i am looking to purchase a set of kicker ds68.2 for my back seat area and am wondering would 65 watts rms be too much, they're rms power handling is only 45 and I want it to sound good, i want to try components in the back for both looks and for better imaging and sound reproduction but would that even be worth it, any feedback will be appreciated. Thats fine.. they wont see 65 watts all the time. If they sound like they are stuggling back the gain down a bit.
