Power handling for a pair of RE 8's

Got a pair of RE8's and a Kicker ZR360 (500-ish bridged @ 4 Ohms). These subs are rated at a max power of 250 each. Just wondering for those that have experience with them if they will hold up ok. I do plan on running a sealed enclosure and being conservative with my gains. However, I might like to play around with a ported enclosure at some point in time. Whadda ya think?

Well I appreciate the replies even though they are sarcastic in nature. I had visited http://www.reaudio.com and noticed the specs (you might have just read the title instead of my post) which is why I was asking if the subs would indeed handle their rated max power all day. So, any thoughts on how these things will hold up if they do indeed see 250W consistently?

BTW, I love how people are considered newbs if the post count is a certain number. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I thought that might indeed be a problem, but I wasnt for sure how true the ratings are for the RE subs. I was hoping that with the gains turned down some they would be ok, and I would just have a lot of headroom for when I upgrade later. Thanks.
