Power for JL C5 650

Hey just bought a set of JL audio C5-650 and a Pioneer premier 4100F four channel amp. I have the Pioneer 880prs HU. I'm going to be using my stock speakers as rear fill until i can afford some co-ax for the back door. I'm wondering how i should wire my Amp. should i set is a four channel and just not use the rear channels or should I use two channels. the amp is rated at 4X75 or 2X300. could i wire it as a two channel and turn the gain down?
